We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of Oracle APEX Developer to work on Remote basis.

Pay Rate: $45 to $50/hr. W2

Need:

5+ years experience with Oracle APEX,

5+ years experience with JavaScript,

4+ years experience with Oracle SQL Database

Project/Position:

Our client is rapidly expanding and looking to make several advancements to their internal web applications. The company has an immediate need for an experience Oracle APEX Developer. This developer will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing various enterprise web applications. This position requires interaction with various internal stakeholders across the enterprise to research existing web applications and strategize on application development using APEX. Our client is looking to retire various legacy web applications and develop new applications in their place. This person needs to be team-oriented and comfortable communicating with various team members across the company. The team is looking for someone who is collaborative and able to grow with the developers on new projects while working with limited oversight or management. Responsibilities:

• Participate in the full SDLC process
• Develop new web applications and maintain existing software web applications using Oracle APEX, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Integrate data using an Oracle database
• Maintain Version control using various tools
• Meet with internal stakeholders to gather project requirements and specifications for development
• Collaborate with a 5-person development team
• Periodically meet with management for performance reviews/feedback
• Troubleshooting and debugging code to resolve technical issues
• Optimize application performance to ensure efficient use of software resources
• Continuous learning of company Culture, Methodology, Architecture and Software
• Mentor and teach less experienced members on Oracle APEX development
• Technical Environment: Oracle APEX, Oracle SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and more

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering or Science field, or related work experience
• Ability to communicate effectively to multiple teams
• An eagerness to grow with a large company and become a SME in APEX applications
• Experience with Oracle APEX
• Experience with Oracle SQL Database
• Experience with web development tools (JavaScript, HTML, and CSS)
• Software Engineering knowledge and understanding of common terminology
• Ability to work fully remote and manage your schedule
